WHERE TO START? so many choices. Let's start with the end of the game first.
Kneel down? Run a play? my nephew MARK says run but i didn't have a problem with the kneel down. answer this question: do you trust MITCH TRIBISKY to run a legit play when the game is on the line? remember, this is the same guy who fumbled on a NON-CONTACT play earlier in the game and then missed a WIDE OPEN TAYLOR GABRIEL who would have scored a touchdown. and then you get the smarmy post game quotes from MITCH THE MUTT: "I could have played better. There were a lot of plays where i could have helped my team. But next time."
NEXT TIME???????????This isn't freaking high school! step up to the podium and tell it like it is..."I fucked up under pressure all day long and cost my team the game....again. I made a few good plays but I also turned the ball over twice which changed the flow of the game and if the coach wants to make a change for next week, i would certainly understand it." But that would require a true professional...........

BOTTOM LINE FOR EDDIE PINIERO: MAKE THE KICK. you're a professional and get paid a lot of money to do just that....... 41 yards is an average kick in today's NFL.

BUT COACH MATT NAGY is out of his league trying to run the entire show and is being swallowed up by the pressures of the job. if he wants to stay in Chicago, he needs to hire an OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR and let him do his job while nagy can look ahead during the game and not have to worry about the very next play, similar to a bench coach in baseball. You plan the game earlier in the week with everyone's input and then let the OC and DC do their jobs on Sunday afternoon.
To make my point:
Running three plays from the 4 yard line was followed by three more plays from the one after a pass interference call and the bears couldn't find the promised land. as a coach, nagy sold out his offensive line on those six plays. DAVID MONTGOMERY should have been given the rock at least 4 times in that sequence (remember david? the guy who ran for 145 yards in the game?) But nagy sent a clear message to his offensive line that they couldn't get the job done. Now watch closely for some finger pointing soon.

FINALLY, you control the ball for 38 minutes and can't score more than 16 points with just one touchdown? terrible. the play calling was mind boggling, especially in the red zone.
the bears need to post a 'HELP WANTED' sign soon................maybe for a number of positions.

MY BUDDY JIMMY who sits right next to me every game, thinks the bears can only win one more game this year, against the giants the sunday before thanksgiving which means they end up at 4-12, which is a far cry from our conversations in august when we argued over the amount of victories. Jimmy thought 12 was a good number and i took 10 and we only disagreed on the two packer games. We laughed when SPORTS ILLUSTRATED predicted 7-9 for the bears. My, how times have changed.

later dude, and have a great week!
