i apologize for the absence but i just got back on-line so here goes.

first of all, the CHICAGO CUBS are simply loaded for bear and coast into the post season as the odds on favorite to win it all and they deserve the kudos. they've had a great season and need just 11 more wins to send the clark street crowd on it's way to a record number of cocaine overdoses. can you imaging that crowd at the 'all you can snort' table for 72 straight hours? wow.

Fuck robin ventura and the horse he rode in on.  that somnombulant prick couldn't manage a team of mules let alone a major league team but he got paid six million for sleepwalking four freaking years. 

and to JERRY REINSDORF....what a great idea---hiring a guy with no managerial experience and then hanging on to him for four years while he compiles losing records year after year. florida is calling you jerry.

but the reality of the white sox situation is that it's time for a total rebuild and that includes trading the uniform cutting CHRIS SALE and anyone else who will bring you big time prospects. stop with the patch work and build any identity you want but let everyone know the direction you're heading.

the CHICAGO BEARS are one of the three worst teams in the NFL. i saw them in person on sunday and even holding the lead, the place was half empty in the 4th quarter.  they really suck and the fans acted like it was a loss.  but they still have great tailgating!

KEVIN WHITE? a disastrous 1st round draft pick who has played 4 games in two years and is now out for the rest of the year with a broken leg. with his bonuses, white mad a million and a half PER GAME. nice.

JAY CUTLER? he can blow me too.  all of his guaranteed money ended last year so when he comes off the injured list, CUT HIM! you don't need a guy making 18 million playing quarterback when your team is going to be 3-13. bye-bye.
